Will Superman Introduce A New Shift in 2025?

Superman 2025 came with a trailer a few days back and instantly became viral. Some were quick to compare this to Zack Snyders Superman from 2013 and how incredibly bleak and overly realistic it was, this Superman seems to focus a lot more on it’s American patriotism including hope and optimism.

James Gunn released a political statement about how the goal of this Superman is too exude hope and patriotism as oppose to Zack Snyders version.

People have mentioned Superhero Fatigue but the last Superman solo outing was 2013 with Henry Cavil (I like his take) it seems to be that when people talk about fatigue they usually mean the connected universes of the MCU and DCU, hopefully this focuses only on the Superman story, Hopefully 🤞

Is this a new shift or just another DC Cinematic blunder?
