Best Dayz server for me?

I’ve been searching and searching for a good dayz server but I can’t find one that meets my requirements while also being a ‘good’ server. So I’m wondering if any of you could help me. -(I play on pc)

I’m looking for a server that:

speaks english

allows bases

no traders

vanilla/vanilla+

has high pop (60+)

isn’t a pve server

I’m fine with like having a map and do quite like any building mods even though I’ve never built a base in my 150hrs playtime of the game lol. Helicopters are cool too, although none of those things are essential for my ‘perfect’ server. I am from the UK, so a server that’s either east coast of America or EU is preferred.
