My game is ruined (Completely Unplayable) Help!

After about 2 hours of ttrying to fix my game it won't work.

All main quests are unplayable, due to different bugs, for example:

I can't use my phone, holding T just doesn't work which means any quests I need to call someone are ruined and I'm waiting for Takemura to call me (he isn't calling) Panam and Takemuras missions are broke.

On the mission where you need to clear the supermarket, when I jack into the van nothing happens and I am stuck, and have to load back.

This means all the main missions are broke (and 90% of others) Nothing works online and my problems seem unique. Any help would be appreciated thx
