Help please!

Trying to take care of my hair after years of bleaching... I tried curl cream, mousse and gel today with scrunching method and this is the result I feel my hair looks pretty flat and it feels mega crispy is this normal? Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Also what curl type do I have? Thanks!
