Img2Img Gender swap with consistency?

I know you can face swap. But is the whole-body swap possible? The clothes are still the same except maybe the chest and hips area. For example, I upload an image of Link (from Zelda), and it spits out a female version Link. Found some examples from youtube, but the results are just not what I'm looking for. Thanks.
