Activated Mistle side quest

Hey guys, I googled around and never saw an answer for this. One of the side quests before starting the desert area asks you to find an activated Mistle for the self-important revenant. I traveled to all the laps but never saw any indication that I can get that right now. Is that just something that becomes available on a different map?
