Irish Whiskey opinions

I saw a video the other day saying basically at one point Middletown distillery had to decide which whiskey to promote internationally between Power's, Paddy, and Jameson. They went with Jameson and now it is of course a powerhouse brand around the world.

I've never had Power's or Paddy but just found out my local shop has both. I've also never had Bushmills or Tullamore Dew but I've heard great things

I've always liked Jameson but I admit I most always make cocktails and don't drink hardly anything neat. Should I stick with what I know or buy one of these others the next time I'm low?
