Is feral rogue and druid a good leveling combination on a PvP server?

Me and my friend are returning to wow classic PvP server. Last did we leveled together two rogues which was really fun. This time I'm thinking of going feral and him rogue. Is feral viable? Or am I better of going rogue again?

I thought if I go feral it will open the option to tank dungeons and throw some heals.
