Chrome Crashes when typing certain things into search bar (Android)

Chrome has always been my default browser on my phone and other than the occasional crash it's been fine. Today I had the strangest problem where I put "Whats a boombox" in the search bar and it crashed the app on the second 'o'. After a bit of testing I discovered the crash would happen 100% of the time I typed that exact phrase into the bar. The only other search I found did the same thing was "boombox definition" on the first 'i', where again it crashes every time I type it.

Chrome is the latest version. I already cleared the cache and uninstalled/reinstalled the app which did not work.

Can anyone help or does anyone have a similar problem? If I avoid those two searches, chrome works perfectly with no issues.
