Does Childe synergize well with Ororon?

I tried to search subreddit but I only found a few posts calling Childe Ororon an "awkward" comp. I thought with Childes good hydro app, he would synergize well with an EC team with Ororon but is it too much hydro app that Ororon can't keep up?
