Is Nicotine worth the risk?
I (21afab they/she) have researched and am interested in getting a patch low dose slow release maybe cutting it into smaller pieces to start off really slow really short amount of time.
I got a vape today with nicotine as a kind of desperate try when I had uni work to do and it gave me one of those somewhat normal body mental clarity moments of like wow I'm really sick because right now I feel a bit better.
Absolutely not planning on using this every day or even half the days out of a month. I'm thinking when I have trouble showering, doing laundry, cleaning, thinking clearly for big big homework assignments or exams. Not even 7 days out of a month probably and only two or three puffs then back in the case in the drawer it goes
Any thoughts or opinions? I don't want to fuck up my lungs, but the quick feeling and energy was like nothing else. It didn't last long, but long enough to get some tasks done.
A worry I have is relying on it more often and using it as a crutch when I don't pace well. Also addiction no thank you
I have tried 1:1 cbd:thc tincture/edibles, I really think I might just give this vape to a friend and get patches. I don't want to use it too consistently and get my brain used to the drug. Also vapes are horrible but I understand that Nicotine does have therapeutic aspects to its effects. Just when I can't function which right now is maybe 1 or 2 days a week.
Update: Thank you so much for the thoughts. I'm throwing this vape out I don't need to get more sick. Might try patches, definitely not cutting them. Also not using all the time. Bless y'all. You guys are awesome
