Increase from 150 to 300 side effects? Is this normal?

Hi,

I’ve been on wellbutrin xl 150 for about three years. It worked great but I started to feel depressed again, so my doctor upped my dosage to 300.

It’s my fourth day of being on the upped dose and i feel anxious, irritable, decreased appetite, foggy head, paranoid, and like I drank too much coffee. I have trouble with having conversations now- I feel so scattered brained. I’m starting to get worried, but not sure if that’s just caused by the medication induced anxiety, lol

I feel kind of alone with this since none of my friends or family take this medication, so they don’t really understand how I’m feeling.

Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Did it level out after a week or two?

I handled 150 without a problem so I’m hoping it will work out for me..
