Grabbing neck from behind

There is one of colleague who always grab my neck from behind, he is elder to me. So I just shrug it off. But he is doing quite often, somedays I feel like to flip off and just say him directly that don't put your hands on me. But I'm raised better, is there a way I can tell him to keep his hands to himself in respectfully manner ?
