How is the Thermalright Royal Knight 120? (new version)

I am looking into air coolers for the 9800x3d with RAM clearance, and found this Royal Knight 120 from Thermalright. I cannot find any reviews of it, and no one has a completed build with it on PCPartPicker.
This also seems to be a different version, as it does not have the heatsink fins that the other Royal Knight 120 has.

Does anyone know how this compares to the Peerless Assassin or Phantom Spirit? Or to the Scythe Fuma 3?
