What is in my hair 😭🙏🏻😭😭 Tacoma is, WA.

I feel something crawling on my forehead earlier today so I took my messy bun down and quickly showered but when I a combing my hair out this afternoon inorder to blow dry it I almost died from fear as I saw something moving in the clump of hair that I had taken from the comb to throw away when I'd finished. Tacoma, WA. I have not done any traveling in over a year or two atleast.
