Masterbation after IUD placement? *tmi maybe*

This morning I recently got my IUD inserted and the cramps are really killing me right now. I want to know if it’s safe to masterbate and orgasm (no fingers going in, but just cl*toral stimulation) so it can ease the pain. I usually do this during my period to help with pain and it works like magic. Any advice will greatly be appreciated :-)
