What's one book you've read this year that changed your life?

I'll start: Supercommunicators by Charles Duhigg. My biggest lesson from the book: When I talk to others, I now pay more attention to what they need. For example, if someone complains about something, I now ask, "Do you need to be helped, hugged, or heard?" i.e. practical support, emotional support, or just a listening ear.
In a romantic relationship (or even friendship), if one person just needs to vent, or needs emotional support, but the other person only offers practical suggestions, it could lead to tension.
