4 impacted molars removed and zero pain?

Hi, just got my all 4 of my impacted molars removed about 24 hours ago. Just woke up and still feeling zero pain. Feeling in my face and mouth has completely come back but still nothing. No swelling either. The amount of blood after the surgery was pretty insane, but that seems to have stopped as well. From what I understand some bone was also removed. I have not taken my pain meds yet after waking up. Am I very lucky or are things going to get worse?
