Does 737 powerbank super charge a samsung ultra phone? If not what powerbank does?

So i was looking at the 737 powerbank, and i notice that on the 747 some one asked if it super charges the samsung galaxy ultra. Anker answerd and said that none of their power banks supercharge the samsung galaxy 22 ultra. If it does not is there any power bank that does that? By the way one of the reason i was going to get this powerbank is because i wanted to charge my girlfriends macbook computer with it as well.
