Not eligible to receive the welcome offer Amex Gold Card
Hello everyone, I've been reading this sub for some time and thought you could have several cards from Amex and still be eligible for the SUB. I got this offer with the incognito mode 90k with 6k spent on a gold card. I also got the mail offer for the Personal Platinum card with 150k SUB, but passed on it since the benefits are overlapping with the Business Platinum.
Question. I did the balance transfer of 5k last year, paying it off gradually to take advantage of the 0% APR for 12 months. Could that be why they don't want to give me the welcome offer?
PS. I got the BBP with 50k SUB AFTER seeing that "not eligible" on the personal card, so it looks like it has nothing to do with the business credit line.
