Getting added to projects but not slack

This has happened to me twice now. I keep trying to contact support. If any alignerr support are on this sub I would love to start work on these projects but without access to the quality support team and whatever documents are in the slack channels, I don't even know what the rate of pay is! I can see the work right there in my workspace. I've got emails telling me to start work and believe me, I'd love to! Please! Send me a slack invite!

Edit I finally fixed it and got into slack. I found an old reply on one of my attempts to use the bot which had said it would copy to my email but didn't, and had replied days later.
