I’m entering the quesadilla phase

All food has become intolerable except melted cheese on a tortilla dipped in sour cream 🤦‍♀️ I am in my thirties. 😂 Tell me I’m not alone? What’s your age and food phase? Maybe you can help me eat more fruits and veggies.

Edit: A couple people have asked for the magic quesadilla recipe so here you go:

Basic Quesadilla Recipe: Set oven to broil. Put a tortilla on a plate with some cheese microwave about 30 seconds until melted. Fold tortilla like a taco and then put on foil straight into the oven. Watch closely until it reaches desired crunch and then flip and repeat. Remove from oven and serve with sour cream.

Breakfast Quesadilla Recipe: Set oven to broil. Scramble some egg whites and cook in a pan. On a piece of foil place a tortilla and some cheese. Melt in the oven while eggs cook — watch closely it will melt quickly. Remove tortilla from oven add some salsa and cooked egg whites. Fold in half return to oven until desired crispness and flip and repeat. Remove from oven and serve with sour cream.
