Black Friday Australia delays and compensation gift voucher

It is with a heavy heart that we need to let you know your Yoto order has been flagged as unlikely to be delivered this side of Christmas. We are truly very sorry for this.

As you will be aware, Yoto launched in Australia earlier this year and we have been overwhelmed with orders over the last few months. Despite careful preparation for our busiest time of year, and working closely with our distributors to increase capacity, adding additional shifts and working weekends, unfortunately we haven’t been able to meet incredibly high demand, despite our best efforts.

We understand how frustrating this news is, particularly this close to Christmas.

As a gesture of goodwill, and by way of an apology, we will be sending you a Yoto gift voucher, the value of which will be tiered according to your order amount:

• Orders below $49.99 will receive a Yoto gift voucher to the value of $49
• Orders between $50 and $99.99 will receive a Yoto gift voucher to the value of $99 • Orders between $100 and $149.99 will receive a Yoto gift voucher to the value of $149 • Orders between $150 and $199.99 will receive a Yoto gift voucher to the value of $199 • Orders between $200 and $249.99 will receive a Yoto gift voucher to the value of $249 • Orders between $250 and $299.99 will receive a Yoto gift voucher to the value of $299 • Orders between $300 and $349.99 will receive a Yoto gift voucher to the value of $349 • Orders between $350 and $399.99 will receive a Yoto gift voucher to the value of $399

The gift vouchers will be sent to the original email address on the order. Please check your spam folder if you have not received your voucher by Christmas.

We will be continuing to ship orders across the holiday season but at this time, it’s not possible to say exactly when your order will be delivered. As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email notification including tracking information from the courier.

If you receive your Yoto delivery and it is no longer needed, then you are able to return it to us free of charge for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Support, https://support.yotoplay.com to do this.

Once again, we are very sorry to disappoint you – this is not how we ever want our Yoto families to feel.
