Those of you with Smaller Calves, what are your shoe sizes?

Hi everyone, I am looking to see if there is are individuals with smaller calves (circumference < 12 inches) with shoe sizes greater than 7? From what i understand, its around 5 to 7.

The reason for my question is because I am in the works of starting a brand for women with smaller calves, and I want to get an idea of the more common shoe sizes.
