Best new "Batchat 25"?

I haven't played batchat since Waffenträger was a thing (2014/2015?). And at that time i loved the batchat 25. It was a tank that most of the players would not perform well with. But the few who could play it were extremely dangerous.

My question now coming back again after all these years. What tank is the best in that aspect now? A fast tank that can deal a lot of dmg like the old bchat which is hard to play, but if you are good, the tank is really good?
