They don't know how to run a business. Their "deals" constantly overlap with other existing deals, making it confusing for customers and budtenders. Upper management is beyond useless. They would rather us sell moldy bud than to QC it, and get upset when employees find flaws with the bud or other products. The owners do not care if they have you break CCC regulations. It's an utter mess from top to bottom. The regional manager of MA is a complete dipshit and does not understand marketing at all. The list can go on and on.
