Need some good advice.

I see on social media people are making hand over fist by wholesaling homes. Is it too good to be true? From what all I’ve seen it’s seems pretty simple, just finding the buyers is the only tough part. So I’m wondering if any of y’all know any good YouTubers that covers everything I need to know about wholesaling before I put both feet into the business (without trying to sell me a course).
