Customer canceled after I drove 45 minutes to their house
I was supposed to start this sitting job at 6am. I gave the customer my ETA of 45 minutes as well as updating them at the 30 and 15 minute mark. I went to give them a 5 minute heads up and the customer messaged me back saying they didn't need the service anymore. A 45 minute drive and wag is saying that I could get penalized for them canceling which at the time of writing this the customer still has not done through the app. I have contacted support so I guess we will see how it goes. Needless to say as my first customer on the app, I'm not too happy right now.
