Similarity Report to PA

I’m submitting my task 1 for technical communications which is a blog post. It says that it can’t have overall 30% match(which mine is not) but it also says that it cannot have over 10% to any one resource. (I have one 11%) but when I click on it, it shows that the section headers and my citations are what is similar. How does that affect me? This is my first PA and I don’t want to face disciplinary actions due to an 11% similarity
