Supplemental claim status 🤷🏻‍♂️

So I have a pending supplemental claim for an increase and a HLR but in the VA claim tracker it only shows the date submitted. It does not show any steps or where in the process it’s at or if any progress is being made unlike an appeal claim that shows you step by step. Is this normal?
