Can VRE drop you mid course?

Hey everyone,

I'm in a bit of a bind right now. I'm enrolled in an online computer program through VRE that was approved back in October. I’ve been working hard on this program for the past couple of months, but now VRE is saying the program wasn’t supposed to be online and they want to kick me out.

This whole thing seems to have started when I asked for a new counselor because I wasn't getting the equipment (computer/chair) I needed. After weeks of silence, I had to contact the White House hotline. Eventually, my congressman's office stepped in and got me the equipment, and this is when the VRE regional office called me an told me that I can no longer continue.

At least 3 other VRE students taking this program online without any issues. Furthermore, VRE won't give me the equipment I already qualified for because they say I'm not enrolled anymore. I haven't even received any official documents or paperwork that states I'm no longer enrolled.

Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.
