Help! I have both 100% and TDIU

Hello! So as you can see in the award letter I was given both TDIU and 100%. The TDIU has an earlier effective date of about 5 months than the 100%. This was many years ago and I am now P&T but on my benefits letter it still states I'm at 100% and also states I'm being paid at 100% because of unemployability.

Is the TDIU moot at this point and I can attempt to work above the poverty limit? Thank you!
