2020 Cross Sport thoughts

My wife and I just test drove a 2020 3.6 SE W/ Tech and really enjoyed it!

This would be our first VW or European vehicle (we’re American) so the only thing we really know is parts come a little more pricey. If anyone knows of common issues or specifics to look for, I’d really love to hear your thoughts.
