Why do my queues keep dodging after both teams select agents?

It’s happened twice tonight - I’ll load into agent select, both teams will pick their agents, it’ll get to the actual loading screen, then 25 seconds later, it takes me back to the lobby & I have to requeue

Does this happen to anyone else?
