Time card issue.

When I punch in for preload it says my start time is for example 4am, but often the schedule im given says a different time, sometimes 3am or 3:30am. When I asked one of my supes when should I start working they told me always start when it says so on my schedule.

But for this past week the time card viewer is saying I started at 4am and not the actual start time.

The proper procedure is to tell my supe this right? And only escalate if it says "final" on the time card viewer?
