How do write ups work? Should I be concerned?

Basically a supervisor during preload was following around and documenting any mistakes/safety concerns from all the newly retained seasonal people and was telling them he was writing them up. I even got one for a box hanging off the second shelf more than the other boxes as drawn in the picture. They said it could be a safety hazard if someone not paying attention hit their head against the box that was jutting out more than the other boxes and that they were going to have to write me up for it. the box in question was literally a 1lb oversized box, but I don't know the process for write ups and didn't think it would be good to debate with him right their while I was still working on whether it was actually a safety issue or not.

After that nothing really happened and I wasn't given any paper or anything about it and the whole interaction just felt weird. From what I've read online I read I should only be concerned about absent/late write ups and not too worried about these write ups, but as I said it's still confusing to me what the process of it is exactly.

Also I'm assuming write ups work differently during peak/for seasonal as this was never going on the last few months prior to today with the "end" of peak.
