If you lived in the SW universe, which profession would you like to have?

I imagine being a cargo pilot would be the best profession in the entire universe. You would travel a lot, go to a lot of planets, meet new aliens every day. Only main issue would be veing attacked by pirates or caught mid conflict. Other option would be bar owner.
