Question about the number of days since someone has been online

Hi! I'm a registered user and clear on my profile that I prefer to chat for a bit before making plans. I was having a great conversation with another registered cruiser who suddenly stopped communicating. Normally, I'd assume he decided he wasn't into it (no problem, it happens) but his profile says he last logged on six days ago, which is when we last chatted. Is this legit, or is there a way he could have blocked me via a method that didn't delete our chat?

I haven't seen him active anywhere, and when I tap on his profile I can see his location from when we last chatted, but then it vanishes. I'm hoping life just got in the way and I'll hear back eventually, but would love to know if I've been gently let down in some way that I didn't realize the app allowed. I also usually get "seen" messages on our chats, and my last message doesn't note that.

I guess a simpler version of my question is whether the number of days/hours/minutes since a cruiser has been active can be halted/altered for another individual registered user, even if you're actually still active. Thanks!
