confused man needs advice on a phone with telephoto on budget

I am looking for a new phone, but the market has gotten so unclear over the years with all these new brands and models. Can someone help me pick the right phone? My budget is midrange (around 400/500€). My preferred specs are: - a decent telephoto lens - dual SIM -a decent battery life for active use

Can someone recommend me the current (or upcoming) best?
