How to contact Lazada support?

Good day! Any tips on how to chat with a live agent? My Maya account was charged on a cancelled order. I am from PH, but I'm currently in an overseas trip so I can't call its PH hotline. I have tried code phrases like "Chat with agent" but I'm only being redirected to the CLEO bot. Help will be much appreciated, thanks!
