[Question] Sapphire crystal worth the extra cost?

Hi! I’m thinking about buying a Presage as my first automatic watch and was wondering if it’s worth buying with sapphire crystal instead of the hardlex? The idea is to use the watch daily and on most occasions. Working at an office, so scratching should not be a problem. But when playing with the kids maybe the harder crystal is preferable? Or is it considered a waste to have a more formal watch like the Presage at the playground and a 5 sports would be more preferable?
