Italy Visa BLR VFS - No Appointments

Have a trip planned to Italy for last week of April and not able to get any slots in Bangalore VFS or Mumbai VFS.

I have booked a slot in Kolkata but that is for 22 March and I dont want to push it so much. Any suggestions on what should I do?
