Is there anything inside of Scara?

Does he has any internal organs, or something of that sort?

I know it is somewhat implied that he is made out of the irminsul wood, but not sure if thats true.

He doesn't have a heart, and I started to wonder if he has lungs, because he doesn't need to breathe - in dragonspine all the characters have a breathing cloud, except for Scara and Raiden... I'm pretty sure it was confirmed he exhales a lot when he talks to imitate humans.

So like, if you cut him in half, what would be there?
