Weird question about the vol.4 extras

Could be me being a dumbass but does anyone know if Shen Qingqiu still has a dick and/or if permanent damage was done over the many years of abuse his body has undergone? When he ripped those plant roots out of his leg along with some of his flesh I can imagine that ruining part of your nervous system, and then there's the noncon scene near the end, the list goes on.

I've only noticed it focus on LBH's dick, and in the extras, SQQ describes his body as feeling mostly cold and numb, and possibly that it sprouted a flower in the middle of sex?

I feel like I've missed or failed to process some information somewhere.

Thank you so much guys for clearing that up! I have ADHD and even when medicated I can sometimes struggle to process the finer details of things!
