I need help with my garage.

I asked a couple weeks ago for help and I haven't gotten anything. So I got Rocket League on PlayStation and made it my primary from epic games. It showed my fennec and everything when I downloaded it but then when I clicked on edit or preset it disappeared and made it default. Then all my levels are gone but my stats are normal. My credits are gone and I can't buy anything. I just started a new playthrough but I want my stuff back just please help if anyone else has this problem before. I also uninstalled and reinstalled. I have cleared the cache of the game but nope nothing. I checked on epic on my PC and also nothing. Any ideas?
