This app is doing my head in. Communication from providers is non existent.

Extremely disappointed with this app, I was approved for the body program fairly quickly (Zepbound) but now I cannot get a response out of my provider, and I don’t know if I have the power to switch. I’m not sure how they’re able to operate like this, is very scary.
