Diablo 2 restricted, weird issue with the menus and inventory lagging badly

ROG ally is playing the diablo 2 resurrected and the menu and the inventory is lagging, trying to move through the menus and those parts are lagging pretty badly.

Not sure what could be causing it. Playing the normal game is working fine.
