Programming new HID Global 1346LNSMN PROXKEY III

I recently lost my keyfob to my apartment complex. Management is charging $50 to replace it, and I've already replaced it once and dont want to again. I recently bought A Keysy duplicator, and I was able to duplicate my roommates keyfob to the keysy keyfob, however when trying to program the HID keyfob I bought on Amazon, it would fail to write. Does anyone have any Idea how I can copy it to the HID fob. It came with a faculty code, but I am unsure what to do with that code.

My lease ends this august and I've been toying with the idea of frying the new HID key fob and scratching out the serial number, and returning that at the end of the lease.
