Day 5. Tips / Tricks?
Just crossed 96hr mark after going CT on Monday. This is the first day that my cravings aren't as strong, but the brain fog, anxiety and derealization are really starting to kick in.
I was ready for this from reading others' posts, but it sucks worse than I expected.
I hardly slept last night and in general I just feel yucky today. Any tips on better / deeper sleep throughout this process?
