Side effects of using Zyn

I came onto Reddit and found this sub after reading someone’s post about their experience with using Zyn.

A little back story, I vaped for 6 years before being forced to quit due to wisdom teeth removal (did not want a dry socket) and I was using nicotine spray, patches, and gum. Nothing seemed to satisfy my cravings so I started using the Canadian version called Zonnic.

Zonnic was hard to come by and were unavailable at convenience stores after govt deemed them to be too accessible to minors. I went across the border and picked up a couple packs of 3mg zyns. After using them for awhile I noticed I was having extreme anxiety, nausea, stomach issues, heart palpitations, dizziness, etc. it took me awhile to realize that the zyns were causing all these issues.

I’m quitting cold turkey now because these ruined my life, I couldn’t go out due to the anxiety being so severe; like being in a grocery store would cause me to feel faint and dizzy. I really wish that these side effects were advertised more rather than gum recession being the advertised side effect.

Today is day 1, I’m hoping for the best :)
